Product Description

State® Cyclone™ is a concentrated, self-foaming chlorinated alkaline cleaner designed to remove grease, fats and proteinaceous soils from food processing equipment. The self-foaming formula produces high, stable foam, eliminating the need for additional foam "boosters". It’s high, stable foam clings to vertical surfaces, increasing chemical contact time and reducing labor. State Cyclone can be applied through air or water powered foaming equipment. The fast-acting formula effectively removes protein, grease and carbon deposits from food processing equipment. It is NSF certified as a general cleaner, (A1), for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. The NSF certification assures inspection officials that the product formulation and label meet the appropriate food safety regulations. It meets CFIA requirements as a general cleaner for use in food plants.

Directions for Use

Foam Cleaning: 2 - 4 ounces per gallon. Pressure Cleaning: 1 - 2 ounces per gallon. Manual Cleaning: 2 - 4 ounces per gallon. NOTE: DO NOT mix acid detergents or any other products with State® Cyclone™. This mixture could release toxic fumes (chlorine gas).
