Product Description

Cold weather Sta-Patch® repairs, patches and fills chuckholes instantly. The repaired area is then ready for traffic. No waiting for “curing” or “set-up” time. Always allow for further compression during initial traffic.

PERMANENT REPAIRS BECOME STRONGER WITH USE
Sta-Patch “sets” by compression. The pourable compound develops into a tough, durable patch when tamped. Repairs become part of the surface. Cracks, ruts, holes, broken areas, worn spots or large chuckholes are repaired quickly and permanently with a patch tougher than the original surface.

USE IN ANY WEATHER
Use Sta-Patch Warm Weather in temperatures above 50°F (10°C) and Sta-Patch Cold Weather in temperatures below 50°F (10°C). Sta-Patch can be used indoors or out, on wet or dry surfaces, and sets up as a durable, water-resistant, weatherproof repair.

EASY TO APPLY
Sta-Patch is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use compound. No messy mixing or heating is required. Simply pour into place and compress by tamping or rolling. The job is complete and ready for traffic.

ECONOMICAL TO USE
In addition to the labor savings, Sta-Patch saves time and money because it is a single patch material that can be used on most surfaces: concrete, blacktop, stone or brick.

Directions for Use

Sweep loose dust, dirt and debris from surface. Large areas may be hosed with water if necessary. Sta-Patch® can be used on wet surfaces if there are no puddles. No primer necessary. Store Sta-Patch indoors for at least a day prior to use in cold weather. Apply Sta-Patch directly from the container. Fill area to be repaired slightly higher than the surface to allow for tamping down and compression from traffic. Compress Sta-Patch by tamping, heavy roller, back of flat shovel or other heavy object until surface is hard. Extremely deep areas should be filled with dirt and/or rock and tamped firmly to a depth of no more than 1-1/2 to 2 inches before application of Sta-Patch. Apply Sta-Patch in layers of one inch, tamping each layer firmly before applying the next layer. Read complete SDS before using product. Best when used in temperatures of 50°F or higher. Note: Store indoors during winter.
