Product Description

Avance™ Solid Machine Detergent removes difficult food soils. Product use rate is minimized without sacrificing results. Avance Solid Machine Detergent is formulated to handle high protein soils like dried egg yolk and baked on cheese. Avance Solid Machine Detergent is a solid non-chlorinated product. The solid form minimizes the potential for spills of concentrated dish detergent. Avance Solid Machine Detergent is effective in both low and high temperature dish machines.

Directions for Use

Avance™ Machine Detergent is designed to be dispensed with equipment installed and/or approved by your State Cleaning Solutions representative. Good product performance is dependent on many operational factors such as soil load, water temperature, type of soil, wash procedures, injection and mechanical action in the machine. Your service representative will evaluate your soil load and warewashing machine to determine the correct product dosage for your system that will optimize product performance. Typically, Avance™ Machine Detergent is automatically metered into the dish machine at a rate of 5 - 10 milliliters per rack.
