Product Description

Avance™ Powdered Pot & Pan Detergent is a high quality powdered detergent for machine dishwashing in restaurants, cafeterias, and other institutional food service operations. This product is formulated with a high quality combination of alkalies, water conditioning agents, emulsifiers and surfactants for superb results in a single dishwashing pass. Fortified with the destaining power of chlorine for brighter coffee cups and plastic ware. Contains no caustic soda.

Directions for Use

Avance™ Machine Detergent is designed to be dispensed with equipment installed and/or approved by your State Cleaning Solutions representative. Good product performance is dependent on many operational factors such as soil load, water temperature, type of soil, wash procedures, injection and mechanical action in the machine. Your service representative will evaluate your soil load and warewashing machine to determine the correct product dosage for your system that will optimize product performance. Typically, Avance™ Machine Detergent is automatically metered into the dish machine at a rate of 5 - 10 milliliters per rack.
