State Treatment Completely Eliminate FOG Issues

The Situation:
Lincoln Wastewater Department takes pride in providing wastewater facilities that have little to no impact to their surroundings. This includes preventing fats, oils and grease (FOG), commonly found in lift stations, from causing costly downtime and displeasing odors.

The Problem:
Lincoln Wastewater Department had issues combating FOG buildup in the main lift station, which was causing malodors and pump malfunctions. The lift station was being pumped quarterly, however, this was time consuming as the lift station was located on a busy road that had to be shut down during maintenance.

The Solution:
State initially explained how Line Bac’ R™  would eliminate the FOG cap in the lift station and reduce the amount of necessary truck pump outs. To solidify the quality of our services, we showed them pictures of other successful lift stations that we are currently treating.

The Result:

After four months of treatment, the FOG cap and all associated odors were non-existent.

The Benefit:
State’s outstanding service and problem-solving solution will save Lincoln Wastewater Department thousands of dollars, as the plant has not had to pump out the lift station since State took over.
